WorkWell

WorkWell is a joined-up route into work and health support.

It is for people with a disability or health condition who are in work, recently out of work, or could move into work with the right support. Support is voluntary and local delivery varies.

What WorkWell can connect to

The value is often the hand-off, not one isolated intervention.

Current guidance allows local WorkWell services to connect people to health, employment, skills, financial and other support depending on what is available locally.
